WARLOCK / MAGE
[SUPPORT]
Wl/m role is to provide support with buffs and debuffs.
It does not deal significant damage, especially when supporting.
Core Skills:
Warp Charge: Boost Attack Speed + Casting Speed of group
(not whole raid party, just group)
Surge of Awareness : 20% Patt + 20% Matt for 20sec for group
(not whole raid party, just group)
I) Boss Fights
Basic Rotation:

Flaming Heart Strike: Instant Skill, gives 3 Psi

Puzzlement: 2sec cast, gives 2 Psi

Dark Halo: Dalanis Set-Skill, instant 1 Psi
(use 1 Psychic Arrow if don't have that)

Willpower Construct: Support Stance when full Psi (max=6)
Saces' Cracking Spell: Physical and magical critical resistance debuff
(needs 2 Psi)
Otherwordly Whisper: Casting 5 times, boosting in total 10% patt/matt in group
(needs 3 Psi)
Before running to boss (when counting is ending) buff your group with Surge of Awareness. You should always use Warp Charge as first skill, then follow with Silence to proc the Silent Seal elite. After using these core skills, you need to max your Psi (6) as fast as possible in order to enter support stance (Willpower Construct). When in stance, use debuff skill on boss (Saces' Cracking Spell) and then use (Otherwordly Whisper) for extra patt/matt.
After the basic rotation, you can swap group with macro
to use Warp Charge to buff the other group too or use Soul Pain to stack Soul Brand passive which boosts fire magic damage on target.
ADDITIONAL HELPFUL SKILLS:

Heart Collection Strike : Instant,no cost, restores 50 Focus. (8sec cooldown)

Perception Extraction : Instant,recovers 2 focus every 2 seconds
Soul Pain : Useful to stack soul brand passive on target

Life Weave: Ressurects a player. Can be used in combat. Usable only on stance.
2) Thrash Mobs Clearing
It is mostly needed to keep both groups buffed with Warp Charge, so swap often. Also, use Surge of Awareness when it is available and as often as possible.

Thinking Overload : 15% Casting Speed for 60seconds. (also restores 5focus/2sec)
Clear Thought Potion : 10% casting speed, buff potion from house maid
Arcane Potion : 15% casting speed, buff potion from Codex Vendor.

DISCLAIMER
This is my personal game style of Wl/m. I sometimes deviate and change rotations but this is my general way. There are many ways to play a class and this one is what I find most effective and easy to do.
